Pre-Alignment
Before any meeting can take place, all parties must agree that a meeting should take place. Our Pre-Alignment practice ensures stakeholder consensus on the concept of gathering, typically across two to four working sessions.
Active Witnessing
Our consultants join your meetings as credentialed observers. We take notes confirming that the meeting occurred, that attendees were present, and that time did, in fact, pass. A written attestation is provided within 5–7 business days.
Forward Scheduling
At the conclusion of every engagement, we schedule the next engagement. This ensures continuity of scheduling, which is the foundation of organizational momentum. Momentum toward what is outside our scope.

Your Meetings
Discovery Call
We schedule a 60-minute call to understand your scheduling needs. This call will require a pre-call to confirm attendees, followed by a brief alignment sync to establish the agenda for the discovery call, which is: discovering when to schedule things.
Calendar Audit
Our team performs a comprehensive audit of your existing calendar. We identify which meetings are confirmed, which are unconfirmed, and which are meetings that no one remembers scheduling but everyone attends anyway. These are classified as "ghost meetings" and represent our largest growth vertical.
Scheduling Roadmap
We present a 12-week roadmap of meetings we intend to schedule, along with a proposed cadence of pre-meetings for each. The roadmap presentation itself is a meeting, which will have its own pre-meeting. The pre-meeting is included at no additional cost. The meeting about the pre-meeting is not.
Ongoing Enablement
From here, we embed. Our consultants attend your meetings with you, confirm they are occurring in real time, and schedule the next one before the current one ends. This creates what we call a "perpetual scheduling loop," which is the hallmark of a mature meeting culture.

Our onboarding team is standing by to schedule your introductory meeting. A brief pre-meeting will be required prior to the introductory meeting. Please allow 6–8 weeks for pre-meeting availability.
Request a Pre-MeetingAll rates are per-team, per-month, billed annually in advance. Two (2) consultant minimum per engagement is non-negotiable and reflects our proprietary Active Witnessing methodology — a meeting attended by only one external party is, legally and philosophically, just a conversation. Travel expenses billed separately at $1,200/day or $600/half-day (half-day defined as any period our consultant is onsite, including walking to the parking garage).
The Confirmation Index™ is a proprietary metric developed by Confirmation By Us and does not measure anything recognized by any standards body, regulatory agency, or school of management. "Calendar Concierge" is a title, not a certification. Our consultants are not licensed schedulers.
